amazon denying credit card

does amazon cancel your order if your credit card is denied???

No they just freeze the process until you change your details to validate a new working card.

yeah but i dont have the option to change my credit card settings...It says that my orer cant be cancelled or changed!!

If you log onto your Amazon account and then click 'your account' in the top right hand corner. Then click 'track packages'. then in there you can click 'view or change order' then once on the next page scroll down a bit and it gives you the option to change your payment details.

 

That should work as i've done it before ages ago.

it says the following,

"We are preparing these items for shipment and this portion of your order cannot be canceled or changed. Need information on returning an item?"

 

Thats why i cannot change it, but a received an email saying that there where problems with my card

Well if you can't change your order that way then try going in to your account again and scroll down to 'payment settings' and then click on 'Edit or delete a payment method'. Try it that way.
