Modded consoles are more likely to malfunction. Although I don't laugh at his misfortune, perhaps he'll be more cautious (and rational) next time around?

I am sure he can afford to buy another console before launch. Most people who MOD their consoles already have another one to play on Live.

He really should have known better.. playing for 7 hours non stop is a bit much.

7 hrs is nothing, i got friends who are never offline.

 

i can see alot of RROD coming soon after release.
