hi can any tell me where you can edit radio stations name using gxt editor in sa

 

or any other application to do this.

You can edit the radio station's names with GXT editor. However, this is a modding question and is definitely not pertinent to the running of the GTA Network. Try searching the modding forums as I'm sure a lot of documentation already exists for your question.
