While we are on the subject of the Wang Auto cars, how come the Savanna cannot be modded at WAA? Is it because it is already able to be modded at the Lowrider garage so it cant be modded here too?

Before you say, "It can be modded, cos it is in the showroom!!", i'd like to say, have you actually trued it yourself cos i am currently playing the game and have found that it cannot be modded.

It's because the Savanna is not a street racer and WAA can only mod street racers.

 

Also, in response to the TS's question, you can't change what spawns inside the Car Showroom unless you modify the game itself. I think the current Chain Game rounds has some car spawns inside Wang Cars changed.

@radicell That is what i thought but why would they put it in there, you are suppose to be ableto mod anything in there. You didnt really earn it, it is just Cesar's car.

Would you really consider the Stratum to be a street racer car? I mean its an Accord station wagon, maybe if it was a Legacy but not a Honda.

I believe it is a mistake on Rockstar's part. I think they meant to put the Stratum there (you DO steal it in one mission) but they accidentally set it as Savanna spawn instead.

No, remember both the Savvana and the Stratum spawn there but you cannot mod the Savvana. I only want to know why they did that?

My bad, I know the Stratum spawns there, I meant to say that it was Rockstar's mistake that they put the Savanna spawn there instead of the Jester (which you DO steal in on mission 'Customs Fast Track' I believe it was).

Oh yea, thats more like it. Also, the Jester would be such an awesome car to mod at WAA. I wish R* hadnt f*cked that up, i love the Toyota Supra.

i wasnt saying im going to change the cars that spawn in there, im not doing any coding or anything im just replacing the cars in the showroom with real life ones, .dff and txd replacing.

 

and i agree i never understood the purpose of that damn savana being in there. it doesnt fit in, you cant mod it anymore in san fierro, im guessing it was rockstars mistake, unless cesar wanted to make a contribution and put his car in the showroom, but his is red the one in the showroom spawns in various colors so that wouldnt add up, guess they jus made a mistake

I never really understood why R* put a Savanna there. Its fun modding it over at Loco Low Co. but if you can't mod it at Wheels Arch Angels then it shouldn't even be in Wang Cars. Wait. Why can't the Savanna be in the Wang showroom? Just take it to the lowrider garage (bit of a haul, I know). Its been so long since I played, but I wasn't aware that there were cars that could NOT be modded.

The only thing special with that Savanna is that it has Cesar's numberplate (VLA4F)

I know I like the Flash better. In fact, it's one of my favorite vehicles.

 

On Topic, the cars spawning inside the Wang Autos are supposed to be the ones you steal for the strand of missions. These cars are the Uranus (Zeroing In), Sultan and Elegy (Test Drive), Jester (Customs Fast Track), and Stratum (Puncture Wounds). You do not encounter the Flash at all in this strand of missions. So the spawning of Cesar's Savanna inside Wang Autos was entirely a mistake, it was supposed to be the Jester.

Yea, i know that they both dont spawn there but i had no idea that the Flash could be, thats ridiculous.

 

Try pushing the locked Jester to a garage. The closest is probably the one in Hashbury, it might take a while, but its quicker than waiting for one to spawn in the streets. Also, to save time you can just push it with another car, thats what i do with the locked Infernus in Palisades, but you only need to push that two blocks.

If you're lucky, the replacement might be unlocked.

This is what I do for other vehicles so I don't see why it wouldn't work here.
