I use it for school the time and i've never gotten a bad grade because of it...and anythig inaccurate is usually noticable (bad grammer, bad spelling, txt tlk, etc.) Wikipedia is accurate in terms of history and fact based elements -- things where you can site a source at the bottom of the page. That's how I know Rockstar would never stoop so low as to getting some of their songs for a game that's supposed to have an awesome soundtrack, a soundtrack that fully fits the New York atmosphere. Last time I checked, that sh*tty band didn't give off a NY vibe. Funny, because while it's common knowledge that their first CD was nothing special, their latest one is as influenced by the Beatles as any CD you'll ever come across. So, unless you hate the Beatles (in which case I'll make use of the ignore feature, if this board has one), you're statement is grounded in absolutely nothing. i hate the beatles. most over-rated band in history. Expect to see some old music threads pop up from time to time, even after the game release. If you're at work, you can enjoy some also-rans as far as good GTA picks, or awesome radio-forgotten tunes all around! Boob Mrley! The Doors! Pink Floyd! Boob Marley his relation? Love the Doors/Floyd listing! Oh, and hoping Rockstar staff stumble across the many music fan suggestion threads, I loved seeing those fill up with so much, good, neglected songs. Here's one I'd replace STRAIGHT AWAY, the Steve Miller track would be better as this one!! ENJOY THIS and think LC! Saying you can’t hate a band, just because they are influenced by the Beatles, is like saying you can’t hate any band. Some bands just suck balls regardless of their influences. OT: If this is true, I can’t believe they've got Break on through (to the other side) by the Doors, that’s one of my all-time favourite songs. Then there’s Floyd, R.E.M, the Stooges, etc... I'm going to go with somebody posting false information on this one. There's no way Rockstar would put this sh*t in the game. Thats true... And the f*cking arctic f*cking monkey c*nts. I hope you all can dig these, I have been looking for this tune!! It was just added up on YT a month ago, I dug the album up out of obscurity. Dates to 1980. The video here is live in SF Cali in 1982 Paul Collins' N the Beat (if you like The CARS, you'll like this I reckon) Best track of the album, a single at one point I gather On The Highway (GTA related!!) It's like a movie where the music and visuals add something the song on the radio can't. Also, the most depressing thing are those transcripted commercials.
