spunXtain
I've been scouring these boards and forums for the past 2 weeks or so, and have read just about every article that there is to read. But on Wikipedia there is all kinds of soundtrack info listed, such as Foo Fighters and such on the rock station. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grand_Theft_Auto_IV_soundtrack A lot of this was just added today, but some of them such as REM's "Turn You Inside Out" has been up for days. I realize that Wikipedia can be manipulated and edited by anyone, but the fact that it's remained up and not been disputed leads me to believe that this information was added because it was confirmed somewhere. Your thoughts?

Dolemite500
Sex Pistols - Holiday in the Sun Last time I checked the pistols were a PUNK band from the UK, not a hardcore band from New York. Rockstar was quoted as saying they are not having an mp3 station for us because they got the music just right so i refuse to believe half of the crap posted there. No. Nor will I ever, due to the fact that they suck ass. That's how I know Rockstar would never stoop so low as to getting some of their songs for a game that's supposed to have an awesome soundtrack, a soundtrack that fully fits the New York atmosphere. Last time I checked, that sh*tty band didn't give off a NY vibe. TC718 / <629 / CF5

Funny, because while it's common knowledge that their first CD was nothing special, their latest one is as influenced by the Beatles as any CD you'll ever come across. So, unless you hate the Beatles (in which case I'll make use of the ignore feature, if this board has one), you're statement is grounded in absolutely nothing. Mafioso86
oh and the Studio is a "Franco-American" station.... wtf? speaking of French sh*t... Gipsy Kings? Why they f*ck would they be on a station called San Juan sounds with reggaeton, salsa, and merengue? I mean alright, they do Spanish style music... but as in Spain... not PR, DR, Cuba, etc... point is no Boricuas or Dominicans in New York listen to Iberian Gypsy music. I don't care who they're being influenced by. Their influences don't make up for the fact that a lot of people hate their music. No matter who influenced them, they still sound bad and appeal to mostly wannabe emos. And in my opinion, they have no place on this soundtrack. Magoo2
I also hope that most of you people realize the radio has different stations for a reason. If you dont like a certain genre, dont listen to that station? Its pretty simple...
