slick_j_2002 Posted April 23, 2008 Share Posted April 23, 2008 This sounds like sort of a bullsh*t excuse, but hands take up a lot of rendering resources. A realistically represented hand would require way more polys than glove hands. I'll take 50 peds with glove hands on screen at a time over 10 peds with fancy fingers any day. DanieljJ Posted April 23, 2008 Share Posted April 23, 2008 Not sure what this thread is supposed to be about but...I am glad the hands are well formed with fingers and such as hand gesticulations will be more natural.No more mitts for hands could only be a good thing.Mayhaps they(R*) had to make the hands larger in order to separate the fingers well.
