Amazon.com - Unsure of Delivery

First of all, I have seen other Amazon.com related topics, but they haven't answered my question.

 

I preordered GTA IV through amazon.com in early March, but picked 2 day delivery, because I thought that was the fastest I could afford (I was using a debit card).

 

But now, I know that I can do overnight, or whatever is fastest.

 

Understand, I want the game ASAP, meaning before the release date or ON the release date.

 

So, I go back to Amazon.com to change the order but it looks like One-Day Shipping is the fastest route listed.

 

HOWEVER, it says "Delivery estimate: April 30, 2008"

 

So my questions are:

1. Is there a faster way to ship it, that I just don't see, or is One-Day Shipping the fastest?

and

2. Will One-Day Shipping get the game to me by April 29th, despite it saying April 30th?

Yes the 1day shipping is the fastest method available.

 

My order say's the 30th as well(with 1day ship)

 

My best guess would be that Amazon puts in an extra day in their estimate just to cover their butts incase of a traffic jam or act of god or somesuch.

 

I feel confident that it will arrive on the 29th.

 

However this cannot be said for anyone who preordered after the first week of april, but as you have preordered much earlier than that I think you can rest easy.
