I signed up to this forum because I saw a photo of Hilary Duff and it had a GTA IV advert in the background, so I thought I'd share it on here for a laugh. Instead I get about 5 people asking me "WHY YOU LOOKING AT PICS OF HILARY DUFF???" .. wtf? Then I get an insult from someone, then topic gets locked. What ever happened to welcoming new members? The photos of celebs are always of them dressed up with make up on and mostly photoshopped. These types of pics are real. Stars are no more attractive than normal people wandering the streets. You are right, this forum has some of the rudest people I've seen. But at the same time you can witness some funny topics once in a while. Plus, while they are dicks, some of the people on here seem to be pretty intelligent. Moral of the story: Don't get all worked up over some asshole across the web. Also, you will not be respected here until 1) You Rick Roll someone 2) You have at least 1000 posts. Been here for more than three years and still haven't cracked 1K. This is why my survival is a miracle. Never the less, this forum is like New York. If you can survive here (and especially in the weeks following the release of GTA4...), you can survive anything. You see in the GTA IV forum, you have people that don't know anyone well enough to respect them. They abuse one another because they're immature and spout sh*t using the anonymity of the Internet. In the Off-Topic forum, you have people that have been here long enough to think they can get away with acting like idiots.
