The only game that was recalled from the shelves was SA, and that was because of the Hot Coffee mod and that was only in certain countries. I would forgo playing multiplayer to keep the original version of the game, depending what and how severe the updates/cleaning up would be. (Dosn't delete saves, DLC, achievements, nothing than updates.) Go to the system blade Select Memory When "HDD"/"Hard Drive Disk" is highlighted, press Y X X LB RB X X A sidebar shoud appear asking if your sure you want to perform maintenence. Say yes. Everything should be back to normal if you start the game offline then once the game has loaded, sign in. problem solved. end of. full stop.
