So just going by San Andreas' sales of 21 million that would mean that 0.000000238% of the people who bought and played the game turned out to be murderers... Even if they outright banned GTAIV later on after release, it will only sell MORE copies due to the ban that it might not have sold otherwise, everyone loves the things they aren't allowed to have. He clearly is too delusional to see the world laughing at him and any credibility he had slipping away with each new asinine charge. He presses on, alone in his fantasy-created good Vs. evil crusade. He is a fool, and the equivalent of a homeless man dancing on the corner for nickles. Smells bad, but you can't help but stop to look. A guy like that reminds me of Hitler...and I know that's an extreme comparison, but I can imagine them both thinking along the same lines. This is probably a last resort option by Jack Thompson in order to keep the game to be released. If it was sent to his mother then how would this news made it out so fast? Would Mrs. Zelnick go and speak to all the gaming sites and say "OMG look at this." If this is however the case then Jack Thompson is being a grade A prick and has just attacked someone completely unprovoked who has nothing to do with the release of GTA IV. As for those saying "I'm going to kill Jack Thompson" no you aren't, you are infact a lying immature 12 year old who thinks that killing a virtually life-less person will grant you some success in the world. It won't, you will in fact be proving his point that Video Games inspire violence. So please if you think " Stabbing him in the face!" is a good idea then go ahead, I'm sure that society will completely accept your act of violence as " he was a dick, he deserved it " you are wrong. Don't get so worked up over someone posting something without evidence. I agree that Jack Thompson is an a**hole, and he is useless and frivilious but you can wait a week and kill the lawyer that was modeled after him in GTA IV, no need to stab him in the face, just pretend the lawyer is Jack Thompson and empty a clip into his chest, or 2 clips , or 5 clips, then burn the place to the ground!Muahahaha! As for the fileting of prostitutes, you should never do that, because they are already dead inside. Now that I have " simulated murder " I know understand how to do it because video games taught me, not music, television , movies, or the environment around me, because video games are bad. Now its time for me to play more violent video games because I have to examine them to make sure the future world is not full of Organized Crime, and simulated murder, and the fileting of prostitutes.
