I really hope we can buckle up, or no more free roaming possible (I like to ram cars at high speed in GTA-SA) but if every time I try to do this I'm flying trough the windshield and die instantly that would suck really hard. With the police ramming us already we have no chance to survive in a car chase in that game clearly if every time they ram Niko is dead, that would be quite annoying to death.
