I cream myself whenever i watch the Kent Paul cutscenes, seriously lol. As much as i want him to return, it's probably Ricky Gervais on WKTT, if this was mentioned in a UK magazine. If not, then it'll be someone who's internationally very well known. Did You also read in that xbox article that in a comedy club a few bocks down from star junction, will have a very special guest.
