Please contact your bank, or call 0871 200 1221 for assistance. My order has been rejected because I snapped my bank card about 2 weeks ago so they issued me a new one but i didn't realise it would affect my bank details whilst purchasing online because its the same account, but turns out it does lol I've e-mailed them and changed my bank details on GAME's website but i really doubt i'll get my order re-processed so looks like some lucky person will be recieving my copy of GTA IV instead of me lol...
