Wait, when you get shot and you have body armor on, does it just take off from your body armor bar until that depletes, or does it take both health AND body armor off at the same time (except a smaller amount of each)? I think I remember them saying they're affected differently. Like if you fall off a building, it'll only take off health even if you have body armor on. It's true they're not legally allowed. But only some, like these. If GTA4.net/GTAForums.com is based in the U.S., they can still have scans from other countries posted up here. Legally. Ofcourse rather than trying to come up with new business strategies and facing the inevitable fact that every year the internet is getting more and more sophisticated and that they're fighting a losing battle they just run around raising a fuss trying to file suits that they can never win.
