nature boy Posted April 22, 2008 Share Posted April 22, 2008 Just rang customer services, and to make sure i asked to speak to the manager He informed me that there will be 100% no mistakes, they have anticipated every possible angle and are still accepting pre-orders due a MASSIVE stock. I ordered 19th April and he has guranteed delivery for the 29th April, he CANNOT gurantee any delivery times but CAN gurantee delivery for the DATE OF REALEASE. I hope this helps anybody who was worried about ordering with Tesco, and if you are one of the people who are having trouble ordering then you can still order from Tesco with guranteed delivery on date of release (29th April). He looked into my case specifically and guranteed it, and as i ordered on the 19TH APRIL, which is stupidly late to leave it, if you have ordered before im posotive you will get it. Cause i put mine through a week or so ago, but emailed them asking about the delivery/dispatch on day of release, and was told they were dispatching on the day of release, not delivering.
