5HT2a Posted April 21, 2008 Share Posted April 21, 2008 I checked Gamestop (who I preordered with) and it turns out my copy will not ship in till the 29th. I am so pissed right now as I paid 10 extra dollars to have my game arrive the day of, and now it will arrive a day later. Anyone else find this out and get pissed off? Check your order status and you will probably be very unhappy. It's f*cked up cause I ordered from them when they said it would be there on the 29th, and now they switched it on me and I wasted 10 dollars to get it on the same day I could have gotten it from Bestbuy for free. F*ck Gamestop I will never order from them again after this. If they don't know what date they are getting it on they should at least be honest about it. I although I was thinking I will probably pre-order from bestbuy now for in store pickup. I wanted it through the mail to avoid the release day hysteria, although I have now changed my mind. I, too, ordered from Gamestop.com roughly two months ago; call me naive, but I've still some semblance of faith in their "day of release" delivery guarantee. I have ordered so many games from them over many years and quite often they have arrived on the Tuesday if overnight delivery was chosen. I did that as well with this game and I am confident when I get home from work on the 29th the game will be waiting there for me. OP - Did you call gamestop to confirm?
