buzzby08 Posted April 21, 2008 Share Posted April 21, 2008 I think it will be available to buy on friday. nearly every xbox game gets released on fridays. it is deffinetly not getting delivered to them on friday, that would just be a daft thing to do. and after speaking to some 1 who works in my local blockbusters today im 95% sure everywhere will be fully stocked by wednesday. Oh well. Ok, someone's LYING...I just check the TrU website and they have both versions of the game - so I clicked on the 360 one and here's a little blurb toward the bottom: Release Date: Buy now for shipping by 04/29/2008. - (Details) So, take from that what you will. alexmac9 Posted April 21, 2008 Share Posted April 21, 2008 As i have said in another thread, some large retailers have the opportunity to sell GTA early if they are willing to or have payed Rockstar / T2 a bomb load of cash. This has happend with a number of games and mainly the WoW expansion of which was sold rly early by ASDA as they payed Blizzard. Also this has an advantage for the retailer of which will have more customers then if they didn't and R*/T2 may get alot more money then if they got the money from the games sold only.
