Lord Illicious Posted April 21, 2008 Share Posted April 21, 2008 I made this preorder back in 05-2007 at the Rockstar Warehouse, contacted them back asking if the order was still valid and they said even thoe the game was delayed that all preorders are still valid but was put on hold till the release date. Thing is that they have a yahoo type of store and i cant view my order status or update anything that way besides using their email. I have new credit/debit cards now and dunno if i should email/update my order for "Item: Grand Theft Auto IV Special Edition - Playstation 3 (pre-order) $89.99" or just buy it at the store which i pass by many times a week. Contact whatever number is given on the store website to deal with the issue; you've already paid for the preorder, so it's rightfully yours. They either owe you a refund or they owe you the game. It was so long ago i cant remember and i cant find that charge on any of my statements. As for contacting, they havent reponded to my emails and their contact phone no. is automated with no one there. You can leave a message but im not always home around their business hours (btw no response from thet yet either). Ill keep trying them so just a question then: Does anyone know when you place a preorder with rockstarwarehouse, do they charge you right then and there or when the order's item(s) avalability is ready to ship? gta4man Posted April 25, 2008 Share Posted April 25, 2008 My pre-order was paid off back in july 31 of last year so I had to rign up and make sure they still had me order and the verdict was good - "All orders remain in the system" phew!!!
