Sorry to bring everyone's hopes down, but better clearing it now than having you waste an hour finding it and being disappointed. BTW, you can offen find a man like that at that dead-end road which goes and ends at the broadwalk on the game's equivalent of Brighton Beach. He is only there sometimes smashing up the road surface. He is only there sometimes smashing up the road surface. well maby in the upcoming pc version , a modder can put this in pretty easy i think, hell , they could even make you use a motorcyle as a weapon.
