They laugh cause they dont know cleveland that well. C-Town stand up! Dude, they just don't know. They're probably from Kansas, or something. You should take them for a "ride" through Warrensville or something, so them what's REALLY good. Maybe try telling them that EC has the highest black/white ratio and poverty rate of any city in the United States of over 20,000 people. Or that Cleveland proper is the most poverty-ridden city twice, in five years. They're ignorant, and stupid. About the topic, you don't need to kill somebody to be "hood". You just gotta show them that you know what's up, and you don't have to prove anything to them. It's the real people that you chill with that can tell whether you know what's "hood" or not.
