dragonrock
Okay wow. I know the majority of gays do not act like that, but idiots like that guy really don't help the overall cause. That's just way out of control... That's one of the reason people are homophobic. he's just insane. Plain scary.
Effy in Chains
Well from the camp ones in my year group i can tell you that i think the camp guys are total fagots and i hate them, but to be fair there are only 3 of them in my year so i'm not saying all them in the world are bad, just the ones I've met. I'm fine with the ones who aren't camp though. For example my dad has this cool gay friend who got attacked by a homophobic Muslim when he came out of the nightclub. The Muslim ran up with a house brick and smacked him on the back of the head, so he turned round and punched that Muslim in the face so hard he fractured his jaw, and broke his nose. Crokey
I'm not Homophobic, I'm not scared of me house at all. yabutsrsly, I'm not homophobic and never have been as long as you don't do kids and animals, you'll be alright and to add to that, I couldn't afford to be homophobic the business I've been in. But I do know a couple of homophobic people and they aren't suppressing their own feelings they're just very angry people who need to spoon. Mike Tequeli
One less guy to compete with when chasing hot girls at parties, imo. Hadn't thought of it that way. Could be good. Anyways, its pretty much proven to not be a choice, especially as many would not subject themselves to the treatment they recieve. Its always been that way too, there might seem to be less gays in the past but its not the case, just a lot more in the closet.

Digital Murders
I'm not homophobic, as this term implies that one is scared of someone who is gay, which I am not. I just dislike them, strongly. I have many justifiable reasons, which I would not care to elaborate on at this time, but it may be because all the people I do know who are gay are just moronic, giving me a skewed perspective of all gays. For the most part they just plain piss me the f*ck off.

Kradzz
Well, we are all entitled to our personal belief, feelings, and thoughts and mine are that its not a good thing within my own eyes, and I am homophobic in the sense that I won't be near somebody who is out of preference. I don't go out of my way to "degrade them" but I see them as just another parasite to be frank. I do feel that the term gay has lost its true meaning and become a cultural put down, and thats rather wrong I suppose. I just honestly don't like gays, and usually try to avoid all contact if its within my ability to do so.
Stefan.
Me? I'm not a homophobe. I'm not scared of homosexuals, and never was. I find homosexuality to be wrong and disgusting, but it doesn't bother me because I have sex with women. If a gay guy hits on me, I'll feel flattered, before I tell him that if he makes another move on me, he's toast. I only know one gay person, he doesn't find me attractive, and we get along well! There is one bisexual who finds me attractive, and went so far as to climb in my bed on excursion and try to give me a hand job, but I gave him a lecture he'll never forget. Struff Bunstridge
I'm bi greedy, so whatever anyone wants to do within the law is fine with me. Actually, scratch that, there was an article in Bizarre magazine a few months ago talking about the legal implications of conducting an S&M relationship; apparently someone's pushing for it to be construed as assault, even with consent, which is pretty appalling. Capricornus
Nah. Everyone is human, no need to treat gays like their a different species of some sort. I am not a homophobe, but I don't prefer their activities. I have a girlfriend and enjoy the opposite sex. When I was a bit youunger I was kind of a homophobe, but I have a gay male cousin, and he is family. I don't care that he's gay, because I love him just as much as I did when we were growing up. So yeah, I have no problem with gays at all, but I don't want them to be attracted to me.

ILovePolarBears
The same reason you turned gay, because you knew you'd never really get laid. Do you really think people turn gay because they cannot court a member of the opposite sex? Do you realize how much more difficult it is to find a same sex partner than it is to find an co-ed partner? Not that hard when they're as desperate as they are. All the gays I know will give out handy-jays to the nearest penis in eyesight. In an equally generalized sense, all the guys I know are desperate for sexual activity, it isn't confined to homosexual males. Also, given the substantially smaller number of homosexuals in compairison to heterosexuals, but the lack of a concrete method for identification, gay men and women sort of have to put themselves out there a little more forwardly than heterosexuals do. It doesn't necessarily mean they're more willing to engage in sexual acts, just that they're less cryptic with their desires and less willing to play games. I think that fat/ugly girls turn lesbian because they can't get a member of the opposite sex to do the deed with them. It only makes sense. You see really ugly or really fat (butch) chicks who moan about being treated unfairly for liking women and how men are terrible, but you know that deep down, if you offered to have sex with them, they would dump their taco loving partner for a chance at climbing the pole. Sure, there are some truly homosexual individuals out there (both male and female), but a majority of the ugly/fat female lesbian population are just women who are so pissed off that men don't find them attractive so they start hating men and turn to the only other option available apart from spending a night alone with the candles lit and a Barry Manalo CD playing in the background while she gets reaquainted yet again with the wonders of a shower head - another fat/ugly, man-hating lesbian that no one wants to sleep with. Now my observations could be incorrect as I have based most of that off of information obtained while watching Mr./Mrs./Mr. Garrison go through his gay/sex change/gay/reverse sex change experience on South Park. But it seems to ring true for the most part.
ILovePolarBears
Digïtál £vîl, why would an unattractive woman need to 'turn lesbian' to find a mate? Are there not also men who are equally as unattractive? I see couples that are unattractive as often as I see couples that are attractive. Ones and twos date ones and twos. They don't need to date unattractive members of the same sex when there are plenty of the opposite sex. It really is so much more difficult to find a partner of the same sex; it is highly unlikely that anyone would turn gay because they can't find a partner of the opposite sex. All you need to do is find somewhere homosexuals congregate (an internet forum would probably suffice) to see this for yourself. Observe them for a while, and you'll quickly find there are a lot of very eligible homosexuals (pretty girls, handsome boys) who just can't seem to find a partner. It has nothing to do with them being fat and ugly, and everything to do with the ratio of heterosexuals to homosexuals being 9 to 1. Also, it doesn't help knowing that there are a lot of people like those in this thread, that will respond extremely negatively to any advance from a homosexual, no matter how tasteful their advance may be. I suppose I'll leave it at that. Your observations are way off base and you'd do well to educate yourself on the topic. The most expansive medium of information is at your finger tips, so ignorance is really no excuse.

To respond about the ugly men example you gave: The difference is that men are satisfied with fiddling with themselves in a dark corner when they can't find a mate while women (regardless of how ugly they are) require "emotional" connections that at some levels, no man is willing to give after the woman passes a certain point on the ugly/fat meter. I guess a man could be attracted to these women - if he were part hippopotamus, maybe. To respond to your post in total: Wow. You are pretty stupid for a woman. I thought your kind was supposed to be able to detect sarcasm and satire easily since that is all you women respond with when a man asks you a question. That's pretty gross, but there's someone for everyone. Some men like large women. They can do strange things that are somehow construed as erotic. As for sarcasm, I gathered some semblance was there, but that underneath it was an honest opinion. If this was not the case, I'm not sure how I can be faulted; text does not convey meaning as well we might like.
