N0FX182
I've looked everywhere online for this and I can't find an answer. So why not ask GTAForums? I know you have to burn 3500 calories to lose a pound. Does that mean you need to burn 3500 more calories than I eat? Lets say that I eat 1200 calories a day. Do I need to burn 4600 calories to lose a pound? Or if I burn the amount of calories I ate (1200) I only need to burn 2300 more calories?
kevin2006rhs
The Calorie is just a measurement of energy in the heat form. Also, you must remember that your body uses calories to do everything. All the energy brought in by food is processed as energy by the body. Just because you eat x amount of calories a day doesnt mean you have to exercise them off. Just maintain a nutritious diet and exercise. The pounds will start to fall off.
