Knight_Yellow
I doubt its being used. Both versions are "identical" in content and vary very little in terms of picture quality. The game needs to be made with the lowest spec system in mind and that would be the 360's without hard drives. Given Microsofts silly (but suprisingly nice to the no HD people) rule of never allowing a game to be released that doesnt run solely from the DVD then all versions of GTA:IV are constrained by the basic 360's lack of a hard drive. And without a hard drive its pretty impossible for a 360 to have custom tracks. Sucks for those of us that either bought a PS3 or a 360 With a Hard drive but then thats life. The only solution is if R* released some form of downloadable content that enabled custom tracks as this wouldnt be breaking microsofts policy of games releases.
