You allready played GTA4 alot, your even deep into the storyline. You decide to chill on multiplayer to have fun. Right?? right?? WRONG!!!! Once you go on a server, the first thing you hear is "NIKO IS SENT TO PRISON TO KILL FAUSTIN AS REVENGE FOR AFTER HE KILLED ROMAN!!! ROMAN DIES!!!! NIKO KILLS FAUSTIN!!!!!! BOB DOLE IS NIKO's SPECIAL FREIND!!!" (not tru btw) You get the point. Spoilers galore! Multiplayer on GTA4 will be a jackass's DREAM to ruin the game's plot and twists screaming out spoilers. And you cant do nothing.... but listen! Thats why I will stay off multiplayer for quite some time. Ill only go on wif friends. BUT SERIOUSLY... think about it people. Multiplayer = ppl ruining your game expirence. Heck, If i beat the game in 1day, i know i would be going on MP and YELLING at everyone what happens!! No one's going to beat a 50-hour game in less than 50 hours. EDIT: Taking into consideration that some people may get the game early, or just go online and read spoilers... yeah just forget I said anything. I'll still be hopping online with a group of friends the first night, though. We've already planned it. Should be a lot of fun. (I believe he's a hipping-hopping-rapper sort of fella) Seriously, You can't tell people what to do though. If they want to play MP first, by all means let them. Though, I am on your side. To not hear them you need to turn the sound off. For me, if i ever do encounter a jerk, I will most defianlty have my mic on so i can verbally kick his ass and then find him online and virtually kick his ass. What I'm trying to say is... the chances of someone spoiling it to you for a game like Grand Theft Auto is slim to none. The game is mostly targeted torward the casual gamer, the fifteen year old kid down the street. No one really cares about the story enough or thinks anyone else cares about the story enough to completely ruin it for anyone. When Metal Gear Online came out, hell yes, everyone started spoiling Portable Ops because they know anyone who bought it isn't a "casual gamer" and knows that the story of each MGS game is sacred and doesn't give the full effect when spoiled. Compared to when Call of Duty 4 came out, a game for the more casual gamers... ... I've never even heard ANYONE talk about the Story Mode the day I got it. The story is the biggest reason MOST people want GTA IV! Just because YOU'RE shallow, and can't enjoy a game with a story, doesn't mean everyone else is. Gtfo.
