No, magazine previews confirmed that all weapons are pulled outa niko's ass. Trunks aren't confirmed or unconfirmed, but it looks like you can use em. This was confirmed ages ago... Maybe Niko opens it in a cutscene but that doen't mean you can physically press a button to open it.
