I have never had one issue getting a game before no matter what it was i always walk into the store and they have it, and im sure that will happen with GTA IV as well. getoverhere Posted April 21, 2008 Share Posted April 21, 2008 alot of talk of sell outs has me literally cacking my pants. i live in liverpool, UK and i'll probably be going into the town centre to buy it on the morning of release... either that or a blockbuster/WHSmith/woolworths down the road. blockbuster had a big sign on the door specifically warning it will sell out. 'pre-order now!' etc, etc. they never do crap like that. but i'm not going to p**s about i'll be looking to buy it between 9-11 am. no uni (i'm supposed to be revising. not much chance of that this year) i've always thought sell-out talk was hype because i never had the problem with SA. but that was back home not in the city. i was thinking i won't have a problem, i walked into whatever their calling V-megastore now, (cant remember) on the day of halo 3s release and picked that up no problem, at about 1.30pm or something. but this is gta, isn't it? its way more popular than halo, i assume thats the case everywhere in the universe. somewhere is bound to have it but if they don't and i have to wait however much longer i'll be incredibly disappointed, obviously. the tv ad pulled my balls back up inside me... it looks ace. i haven't joined one of these forums since the SA internet hype was in overdrive. i need GTA.
