Signs on highway

When I'm driving my motorcycle or car in Las Venteras, some signs on the highway are blank! There is no wrting on them or anything.

 

This isn't anywhere else, only in one part of LV, and I think it's the glitch or something

 

-Yes, I used cheats (Money-Armour-Health, fat, riot, Aggristive drivers, No Wanted, Peds with weapons, Weapon's cheat 1, Weapon cheat 2, Strech)

-I don't think it's the computer

No, it's loading fast enough. I was at one for a minute.

They're like that on mine. Always assumed that it was just an oversight when they had to rush the game out.

Do the words ever appear? Mine take some time to load.

 

Also, did you have any mods installed? In any case, try reinstalling the game and delete the set file from the User Files folder. And try running the game in Windows 98 compatibility mode

If you have mods installed (mainly cars, it will load slower). Also, yes please post your specs.
