Trooper911 Posted April 20, 2008 Share Posted April 20, 2008 If no one is at my house, until 3pm, will the postman take the game back and try again on wednesday...Or will he post it (considering if it will fit) Im greatly worried about this because No one will be at home, and ill get home earliest at 3...any ideas? p.s...And the postman never hides it somewer or gives it to my neighbor (dont ask why) any ideas? All of my games (including GTA: SA, if it makes you feel any better. ) were simply dropped through my letterbox. You'll be fine. If you're still unsure, get an empty DVD case and put it into an envelope. Post it through your letterbox and laugh at why you got so worked up over it. I work as a postman and if the packet doesn't need a signature it will be put through your letterbox. However...if it does need signing for it'll get taken back to the delivery office and he won't attempt to deliver it the following day unless requested by you, it'll be stored at the office for 3 weeks to give you chance to either collect it or request re-delivery. P.S We aren't allowed to leave the package with neighbours or put it somewhere "safe" because that is a sackable offence. If you are worried i'd recommend on delivery day leaving a note on your door asking the postman to leave the package with a specific neighbour, we are allowed to do that if requested by you. (This is the exact reason I don't like dealing with postage; when Rockstar sends me stuff from the 'States, the UPS driver has to come by my apartment three times -- knowing full well that I'm not in, seeing as we've spoken personally before -- and leave a message, then go back to the depot and drop my package off.
