McDodge34 Posted April 16, 2008 Share Posted April 16, 2008 Cheats were never allowed in multi-player games, so I'm not worried they will have a good device to prevent it, even they can force online updates that disable the cheating cracks otherwise we won't be able to connect to multi-player mode. Is there anything like Action Replay for the PS3, I feel I'll need a thing like this just for the common unlimited health and unlimited ammo, they were not there in SA, so I don't think they will have theses cheats in GTA4. I dont know, cant say until the game comes out but its possible that the Rockstar PR was using a non-retail version of the game to show reporters different aspects of the game without this happening. Like, for instance, I know they showed the Aussie mag different ways a scene could play out by taking it back (technically reversing the gameplay). So not a cheat. So not a cheat. yeah i read about how the developers offered to put in cheats to help the people they let preview it. but they did so with a keyboard and from a console menu obviously only used and available for beta testing. There's no way GTA IV isn't going to have cheats! I live in Chicago, and the value of my house doesn't matter. I will tell you that when I was paying it off it cost $2800.00 per month, factor in the average length of time someone pays for a house and you have the value. Ben Bones Posted April 16, 2008 Share Posted April 16, 2008 I cheated my way through SA and it made the game much less rewarding I'm goona make a new file just for cheats and keep my main one cheat-free. Hopeing for a Crackdown agent style cheat. OR A SPIDERMAN ONE! And they'll turn them of in multiplayer for sure. What's the point of having multiplayer if they're not?
