FxE_Silver Posted April 16, 2008 Share Posted April 16, 2008 I'm guessing it will just be a bit more polished and subtle so it fits in with the games gritty look. At the moment its a bit too bright and messy, I wouldn't complain about it if it turned out to be that way in the game, because all it does is give you information that you can get without using the HUD. Im really more interested in the gameplay and less of the HUD, and I can understand Rockstar wanting the minimal HUD. Like the mini map you can see through. Its two weeks from release date and I doubt anything has been changed game wise in the last month at least. Yeah the HUD isn't the best but I think we can live with it. In the same magazine that released a HUD picture, the reviewer stated he played an unfinished game, and that they could still be making small tweaks.
