Sony Vegas (Movie editing)

Hello GTAforumers, i'm thinking of getting Sony Vegas since i like to make Music Videos and GTA videos, the cheapest one is only $75. But i have a question, is it way more advance that "Windows Movie Maker"? and what are the differences from 'Vegas movie studio', 'Vegas movie studio Platinum' and 'Vegas Pro'?

 

I'm assuming it's only sold online, but is it possible to get it at stores? Thanks in advance.

I've heard it's much better than Windows Movie Maker.

Sony Vegas is much more advanced than Windows Movie Maker, and allows you to do a LOT more with your videos.

 

 

is a great tutorial for version 7, if you have a spare 45 minutes I'd suggest watching that. It shows you a lot of what Vegas can do.

Thanks guys! I've downloaded the free trail (Sony Vegas Pro 8), i'm thinking of buying the $115 one for sure. Sony Vegas is too complicated for me at this moment, but that video that Namek posted is a lot of help, thanks.
