Something about the new Hud pictures.

The weapons fade from blue to gray as your ammo goes low in the clip.

 

The left half of the circle is health, the right side of the circle is armor.

 

 

When it goes blue it might suggest that you have a kevlar vest on or other

type of protection.

 

Maybe even glow blue when your gain a wanted star.

Is it me or are some of these fake??

 

Where hes standing doesnt look right on the HUD, where the police are in some of them do not look familar to the HUD.

The car isnt "at a tilt". And the second he leaps out of the circle, the cops dissapear!?

Im sorry but if this game has been worked on for " x " amount of months, and the 1st thing you look at when the game has started is the HUD and I dont think the 1st impressions would be THAT great, if it is officialy the HUD and bloody hell I'd give it a 3/10, the inteligent stuff people make on here looks 100 times better.

 

 

All in All, stop wetting your selves now, its 13 days till the game comes out and bloody Auzzies with post it up if anyone needs to know that desperately.

lke some guy said the hud might be diffrent in the pictures because you probably can download themes for your mobile and it might change the hud slightly

It could just be something as simple as the pics were taken at different stages of the game build and the HUDs are various tests to see what would work best.

Hello everybody.

I Think the hud is OK and all that but some pictures are really weird.

 

Look at them again.

link - In this one you can see that the dots of enemies don't have a black stroke as shown in the oxm mag

 

link -Weapon is in blue, wtf? and the whole hp-armor bar is blue.

 

link - This looks more reliable.

 

link - here's everything blue again.

 

link - Blue search sone? thought it was red! Blue circle-It flashes when you're wanted level increases or you'r spotted. Andsuddenly a wanted star is dark gray.

Anyone agree?

 

I made a thread a month ago, trying to create the HUD based on different Preview info.

And on page 10 there's an updated version of v3, where i have changed the font and drew the weapon instead of pasting a AK.

 

And some people say that the search area thing changes colors based on the wanted levels and stuff, I can't remember hearing that anywhere and on every HUD picture in OXM the Hud looks the same.

My thoughts:

 

1st pic: The arrow isn't representing the car, it's representing Niko, and since Niko is leaning out of the window facing backwards at the cops, that's what the arrow shows.

 

2nd pic: Could be a contact, significant vehicle, pickup, target... anything. Why are you worried about this?

 

3rd pic: The map flashes blue and red when the cops are on your tail, siren-style. It's been caught at pink because during the brightest part of the flash it'll go white for a split second.
