Lioshenka
Right. In the shop in my town there are two cool speakers. I want to get them for my PC, but I really don't know anything about speakers. So... They look "professional" big wooden boxes, OK, with 1 wire coming out of each. NO power supply wire. The ends of the wires are cut off. What I want to do is to buy them, get T splitter for PC, attach normal PC connectors onto the speakers' wires and plug them into the T splitter. Now, the question is - will they work??? What about all that passsive/active crap, and is that possible to get an amplifier for a PC? Thanks if anyone can help!
Rocketkiller
No, you'll need an amplifier for those.
BuffaloSoldier
Not so much an amplifier as a receiver. You plug the cord into the red snapbox and the black snapbox. You then connect the receiver using a RCA cable and a 1/8th converter and you're set.
