Nutmeg Posted April 15, 2008 Share Posted April 15, 2008 Don't think it's been mentioned, if it has, many apologies, but I've just seen a new advert for GTA IV on Sky Sports 1 about 5-10 mins ago. Included some new footage and was just Niko walking towards the camera, answering his phone and looking around him while the background scenes changed. Also showed him hotwiring a car! We were told that ads for IV would start airing on TV soon although we all thought that it would be shown after the watershed. I can't wait to see this. So therefore I am likely going to miss the advertisement. How long did the advert last for? It sounds like a pre-release teaser to build hype rather than an action packed advert for the main release like they usually have. It was like the scene in the 2nd trailer where Niko was walking towards the camera and the background was changing each time. It showed him walking along a runway with a plane turning behind him, along a bridge, through corridors while answering his phone and plenty of other scenes.
