All you have to do is compare screenshots of San:An on PS2 and IV and you can see an IMMENSE jump in visual fidelity.

 

All bitchy whiners please note; 'next gen' is more than just graphics, it's not just visual stimulation, it's aural as well. Many people in the media have noted how f*cking awesome the sound is, how R* have nailed the NYC vibe.

 

Now let's think for a moment all of the details R* have put into IV, the phone system, the in game Internet, in car GPS, the physics and Eu-f*cking-phoria. Multiplayer for up to 16 people, more than 15 game modes, and co-op missions. Comedy clubs and cabaret, 18 in game radio stations, sublime voice acting and cutscene animations.

 

Seriously if you whining f*ckers think that this can be done on PS2 or that this is no better than GTAIII then f*ck off and play that, admittedly awesome but, 7 year old game.

 

Now personally I think the graphics, considering the scale of this game, f*cking rule. I believe that R* have gone above and beyond what any sane person could and should expect of them. No games company has EVER attempted a game of this magnitude. There is so much stuff we still don't know about this game that will simply 'blow our f*cking minds!'.

 

Now before you carry on bitching about a bit of clipping in a screenshot, or that Niko's jacket looks like gay, I want you to seriously think about how much time, love, sweat and tears has been poured into this game over the past 4 years. This is entertainment. This is our entertainment. I for one am sick and tired of people nit-picking at such trivial things every time a new batch of screens or videos are released. You whiny selfish f*ckers.

 

Roll on the 29th, I am fully ready appreciate what is going to be the biggest video game release of all time. AWESOME GRAPHICS AND ALL.

why would we compare the graphics with a xbox to xbox360 or ps2 to ps3.....Comparring 360 to other 360 games the graphics are below average but the gameplay sounds like it will be amazing.

 

Most 360 or ps3 games have great graphics but okay gamplay. GTA will have 'good/decent' graphics and outstanding gameplay.

Sorry but I have to point out that some screenshots have a bit of clipping.
