blaack11
They've made the drunk effects in this game WAY better than Saint's Row did. This time, Euphoria will actually make your character hang onto other peds, cars, walls, etc. as well as having distorted visuals. It's supposed to be a challenge to even get into your vehicle, and when you do, you're a lethal weapon! It will be fun with friends and sh*t, I'm stoked. Looper55
It's called the Realism Factor. You want a game without that, go stick your d*ck through Crackdown. LOL JOKE. The drunkeness is pretty wicked IMO.

"I was holding the wall up" Hehe. I nearly got done for being drunk and disorderly, that was a few years ago now though, when i was at my stupidest. I was only sitting on the floor, goddamn. DMannDD
I can't wait to get drunk in the game. I believe it is just for fun as you don't have to ever do it. I just wonder what it is gonna be like when I am drunk and then Niko is drunk......

Gabe Logan
I wonder if Niko can be sick after too many drinks. After I assassinate someone for the first time I will head over to the bar for a drink, I think I will need one.

Aimee
Or you could just get drunk in real life, like me now. Minus the hangover. I see your point.
DietSprunk
I think it will be funny at first, when you're exploring and trying out new features in the game. But when you get down to business and start doing missions, being drunk will def be a drawback.
Gabe Logan
so how will this work then? Will Niko just order 1 bottle of beer then down it and is drunk straight away?

inveni0
Will it be realy unrealisic like SR were you have like one drink and he is like pretty much f*cked? I doubt it. Even Fable made you work hard to get totally messed up. I wouldn't expect Rockstar to make all alcoholic drinks 800 proof. It would be sweet if it took more beers to get drunk than shots of vodka. Aimee
I don't see the point in getting drunk in the game, unless it's neccessary. I'll probably do it twice, just out of interest. I can get drunk in real life, it's a lot more satisfying for about 12+ hours. The only people that will be getting drunk for about 50% of the game will be people under 18.... Because we are smart...Propably you have to drink coffee to get over of drunkness faster and rewievers said that if Nico is drunk then its very hard to control him..Saints row it was 10 seconds but here surely over 2 minutes i think

vanity_sanity
I think being able to get drunk is one of the coolest new parts of the game. I look forward to seeing how the different levels of drunkenness affect the visuals. (hopefully there are such differences).
