School determines your future...gta 4 is a game that will give you temporary thrills. Think about that and set your priorities appropriately. Exams are much more important, so if i was you i'd cancel the pre order and just get it when all the exams are over and you have no worries. Then you can relax and play the game, without worrying about exams/revision. It may sound like the worst thing in the world, but in the long run its for the best. sattizahn Posted April 15, 2008 Share Posted April 15, 2008 The proper way to study is to slowly learn more and more information over a period of time, taking frequent breaks to reward yourself and give your brain time to "soak in the knowledge" and not get burned out. I'd say if you study properly, get GTA IV on the 29th, play it for an hour or 2, and keep studying. Leave the room where your GTA IV/TV/Console is at, and then come back after a couple hours and play as a reward....it's all about self-control, my friend... Exams I get...I have them next week...I'm just a bit puzzled on the "revise" thing everyone is talking about. It's all about self control. If you can leave GTA 4 in it's wrapper until you have studied enough to get good grades...then feel free to get it. If you can't trust yourself enough...and you buy it and you intend to play it for 2 hours but then it turns into 12 hours...then you have an issue with self control and you should wait to get the game. Me, personally...I would wait the 2 weeks...it it far too much of a temptation. Fortunately my exams happen the week before release. I revise right before the exams so Not to forget, So Wehn my Exams start (19th of May) Ill probs stop playing till the End of my exams.
