Anyone know where to to find anything for cheats for version 3 of the game or where to find saved games for version 3?

v3 is only for PC and can be purchased and downloaded off Steam or Direct2Drive.

As for the savegames, try this link. Download only v2 saves. They'll work with your v3.

And for something a little different, try a Chain Game starter save. This is a link to the independent play version for v2 and v3. Check the chain game topics for a list of features. But the only thing you really need to know up front is to avoid the Lowrider, Badlands A, and Badlands B races until they have been completed during the story mission.
