If they're trying to imitate today's radio exactly the same then the soundtrack will be the sh*ttiest one ever probably. You telling me that Justin Timberlake, Avril Lavigne, Nelly Furtado.....Westlife. Music like that will be in the game????

I'm all for rap, personally hated it for the longest time before I introduced myself to, what I consider to be, "good" rap.

 

As for this selection in GTA 4? I'm not excited about it, and if the rest of the tracks are like this, needless to say I won't be listening to that station....at all.

 

But that's just my opinion, and I'm not about to run out and say that anyone who listens to that type of rap is an idiot.....why would anyone?

Edit: For the above poster...yeah the majority of the older stuf is leap and bounds better than what we have today. That being said, there is a lot of fantastic stuff out there right now, you just have to search beyond MTV (not saying you specifically, just people in general). Lots of really really fantastic actually.

I know that he has a radio station show in IV, but i thought he did that AND another mixtape with other music that is not in GTA IV but is called 'GTA IV Mixtape'

Did you just call black ppl tools? I mean blacks are the only ones who make this music. I just dont see whats so wrong with making a song that celebrates financial success anyway.
