I mean it was in GTA3, that song is the trademark song for the GTA franchise so I hope it's included in IV. They didn't put the full song in GTAIII, which I found annoying. It was on Lips in GTAIII and they replaced the "Don't f*ck with me" with some guy saying "Lips 106". That really sucked. I remember getting GTA 2 for Christmas one year on the PC, and the shadows were so crazy looking back then that I couldn't run it so I bought it for Dreamcast instead.
