I have uninstalled the Game then reinstalled and..

and it only goes half way and then stops and it just hangs there kind of and doesn't do anything and also I reinstalled it cause I tried modding vehicles and desided not to do that and did reinstall it and now it loads half way and then stops for unknown reason! Please help me why is it doing this I really wanna play it real bad now! Please and Thank You!

You're on Vista. You need to do extra steps, or the game will still be modded.

 

Do this,

 

Uninstall SA

Delete the gta_sa.set file (Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files)

Uninstall SA

Go to C:\Users\Your User Name\AppData\VirtualStore\Program Files\Rockstar Games

 

In that folder should be a San Andreas folder. Delete it. Now install the game

 

After it's installed, test the game, and it should have no mods.

I can't find the AppData\VirtualStore\Program Files\Rockstar Games directory I looked for it and I don't see it I didn't buy the game online I bought the 2nd edition DVD.
