Obviously, but there have already been reports saying MP is regionlocked. Now, for the MP to be locked, the material being cut has to affect MP - which a cutscene from a mission does not. There's also the possibility NZ is getting the cut edition somply because of logistics, although I don't think this has been the case previously? Of course, with all the rumors flying around at the moment, no-one will know for sure what's what until Rockstar/T2 makes an official statement. I don't think R* would put that in into any game in any region. Worse stuff happens in movies and TV all the time. In the HBO production "Oz", that sh*t happens on basically an episodely basis. That's only rated MA15+ in Australia, or R in USA. Yeah, kickass show. I have all 6 seasons on DVD. Kind of ridiculous with all this censoring. NZ is getting the censored version because it is not worth making or shipping the uncensored version to NZ.
