GP Store will ship EDITED version I just got the following email from GP: We have been informed today that New Zealand will be receiving the same version of Grand Theft Auto IV as Australia. As you have placed your order after Rockstar announced that the Australian version was edited, we are assuming that you will no longer require the game to be shipped from us, as we can't supply you with an uncut version. The last thing we want to do is supply you with a product that does not meet your needs and we've therefore taken the liberty of removing your GTA4 order from our web site. There is no R18+ or X18+ rating for video games, meaning that any game that exceeds the MA15+ classification would be automatically Refused Classification and banned. I live in NZ and just pre-ordered it from GPStore assuming it was not censored (which I guess I assumed wrong after reading this). Not on the PS3. yeah, not being a fanboy, but i guess its good to have a ps3......... feel kinda sad for the xbox guys.... specially those in nz who thought they'd get the full version...... whats more it, the DLC for xbox in NZ and Aus will also be censored for the xbox... dang Heaps of people i know are gonna be pissed.... guess im ordering a copy for playasia.com f*ckin twats censoring NZ versions! I'll email gamesman.co.nz since thats where im pre-ordering from...... It'll be good if the NZ retailers lost their customers to international companies..... maybe then they'd think twice abt using the AUS version in NZ...... all other gta games have been totally uncut for NZ, what gives? It's a far cheaper copy of the game too which makes me a bit suss... I guess because he's bought them wholesale he can be competitive. *shrug* The items are apparently in Hong Kong though so that's a bit weird.
