Not from a band to a game. From the top of my head, I'd say Smash Brothers Brawl only because I found many songs that I like in it (and really, who wouldn't, it has over 200 of them, or maybe around 150). f'ing love that song. Play Earthbound. Of course, I've taken a liking to F-Zero X's soundtrack, but only to a few songs. Low and behold, one of my favorites is in Brawl, so....yeah, another point on my list for Brawl.
