The Killa
Open windows, have fans running, etc. The guys at the 360 chat could give you a better answer. Thats where you should have asked your question in the first place.
weirdal
Buy an intercooler. If you want to fry it. Those things do more harm than good. Just keep it in an open area and don't worry about it. 3 year rrod warranty with free replacement so if something's going to happen it's no big deal if you don't mind waiting. weirdal
Buy an intercooler. If you want to fry it. Those things do more harm than good. For real? Hm, I didn't know. Thanks for the heads up. copied and pasted from wikipedia: Although their Xbox 360 Intercooler won praise for cooling down the console when it was released, the systems ran into problems later on. Microsoft has found that the intercooler draws the necessary power from the console to power the whole unit. This may lead to hardware failure, or the unit may burn. Users across various forums have reported the system scorched their consoles.[1] Microsoft has recommended users not use this product, instead use Pelican's cooling system which draws its own power through the USB ports. Despite this Nyko has stated it will replace any units as well as any consoles affected. It is also known to corrupt every save file, including the gamertag file on the Xbox 360. None of it's cited or anything, but it's probably best to avoid it. I've seen more than enough news stories about them scorching the back of the hardware to make me scared of ever using one. Really if you're console is destined for failure, it will go eventually. Just keep it in an airy location.
