GTA Rumble it's too old and poor compared to SA-MP or MTA. MTA has got a lot of fuctions but SA-MP it's by excellence the online mode of SA. Very easily to use and for start in this world is the best. And about Bounce, what's the lastest version? Where is the team of that multiplayer? in another multiplayer you can not play with missions and peds/bots.
