The following is a summary of the OXM Review. By previous instructions I have decided not to link the scans, but I can garauntee that this information is 100% reliable and from the magazine. Sorry for any typographical errors, there was a lot of information.

- Cell phones interfere with radio signals.

- The Stooges are heard blaring on the radio.

- Setting up internet dates to find " the right person" lead to phone calls and eventual meetings.

-You start out with Roman's old phone which only permits calls and text messages. Later an upgrade is available.

- ringtones are available for purchase.

- Cars get dirty

- Niko is from a never named but war torn Eastern European country.

- Peds clean windows, drink coffee, and jabber on the phone.

- People will join in on fights and then run away and call the police if you draw a gun.

- Calls and texxts add locations to your map, while significant missions are automatically flagged on the GPS in every car.

- There is atleast one Heat-style heist

- There is a subway train chase

- Missions provide choices like throwing grenades through the front door, or going through the back with a shotgun.

- Disguises are somewhat mentioned.

- While driving there is no lock on for your aim.

- You can use websites to set up meetings or find information.

- Lazlow confirmed.

- Elton John, Smashing Pumpkins and Stevie Nicks are on the radio.

- Queen's "One Vision" is featured on the radio.

- Certain Mob missions are activated by payphone.

- Finishing all targets for the mob completes achievement "Assassin's Greed"

- Hove Beach sells cheap track suits and nasty trainers while Algonquin sells high quality lesuirewear. Several missions such as a funeral and job interview require a suit which can be purchased at a high class tailor.

- Statue of Happiness is holding a cup of takeway coffee.

- You can take a cab anywhere but is not cheap.

- Food replenishes lost health, regardless of the source.

- Public transport is usable.

- Bonus missions come from random people you meet

- Celebrities are playing as themselves, one in particular in Algonquin.

- Bikes are dangerous and "best avoided"

- Niko is able to hurdle walls and car bonnets (hoods) and climb over fences and scale walls and hang off of ventilation ducts.

- Private dances are available at strip clubs.

- Roman = Niko's cousin. Hooked on bullsh*t and poker, but his fundamental cheeriness carries him through all resultant scrapes.

- Elizabeta = Raised on the same streets as Manny, she's taken a more supportive role in the local drug trade. Very well-connected too.

- Brucie = Brimming with the good humour only steroid-induced endorphins can bring. Brucie likes girls and hitting things.

- Bernie = A figure from Niko's past, he's embraced city living like nobody else. Along with other things best left unreported here. (To me, he looks pretty flamboyantly gay)

- Packie = Cheerfully thuggish heir to a fallen crime empire, he likes booze, fighting, and easy money. He as a comely sister.

- Manny = required your help to take back the streets for the kids. Sadly, much more annoying than the drug dealers currently using them.

- Mr. Gravelli = A well-connected crime boss of the old school, he doesn't have a lot of time left and he wants you to use it wisely.

- Highly cynical news coverage of your latest crime

- Email features spam

- Online personal ads

- Sites for local businesses

- Email lets you choose a positive or negative response to each message and he'll write a typically understated reply.

- Several plot twists, double crossings and attempts at revenge.

- Cars have a convicing weight and feel to them.

- Your female friends enjoy bowling and dinner while your male companions prefer boozing and strip clubs.

- Pool, dart and bowling are minigames. Bowling is used with the right analogue stick.

- Hot Coffee is absent from this installation.

- The Nudity is not detailed enough to worry the "Daily Mail"

- Comedy clubs are recommended to go to by the author.

- A more Project Gotham balance of brake and accelerator is required to e-brake through corners

- Cocaine drug bust by the government

- Tires can catch fire and eventually burst.

- The first DLC isn't available until august. They are confirmed to be 10 hours long. Individually or Together is yet to be known.

- Bodies in the boot (two bodies in this case and a boot is the trunk). If you hit anything it could open and you have to shut it before anyone notices.

- That "certain someone" is a cold-hearted killer that Niko is looking for.

- Police lightbars go "strangled and gargley" if you dent them.

- A pedestrian has the original GTA theme as their ringtone.

- A headshot on a driver results a fall on the horn and accelerator.

The previous summary wasn't as detailed and seemed alot more rushed. I squeezed everything I could out of the article.

Those scans are epic. Tough, I can't blame OXM for wanting them off the internet. They equal big bucks, as they're the first to review it.

If you want to see 'em so damn badly, Google 'em. Seems like OXM has a helluva job to preform if they wish to get 'em all of the internet.

i really don't think they could get them all off. I mean i understand that they feel like they're going to lose money... but i feel like that's the reality of the modern world. I mean people get all pissy when music or movies get ripped online... but it's going to happen... the sooner people accept that they need to find a new way to market things so that the internet won't completely undermine the product, the sooner everyone will be able to move on.

Not to say too much but I am dissipointed by the HUD, at least the map on the hud.

Yeah I'll agree with that. Doesn't seem very detailed, at least indoors. However perhaps they tried it both ways and found that having an overly detailed minimap was too easy. This will leave for some hectic indoor chaces I presume.

Yeah there's scans everywere. I must say though, the aiming reticule is a bit obnoxious, and i dont like the gun HUD. Just little things not gunna keep me from buying the game. And a 10 out of 10, wow. Does anybody know of any other games they gave that score?

Not as silly as you think.

Fido appeared in the first GTA series. Then he was also in the III continuity. He and El Burro are actually mascots of sorts and as they extend throughout each phase of the Grand Theft Auto series I expect both to return in some capacity.

And on another note I'm really happy that the telephone missions are back, I loved them in Vice City and hope they're along a similar line.

That "certain someone" is a cold-hearted killer that Niko is looking for.

You misinterpreted the text.

"And through it all goes Niko, still looking for that "special someone", a cold-hearted killer you can't help liking."

They are referring to Niko as the cold-hearted killer, not the "special someone." Rockstar wouldn't allow any reviewer to give away any details about something so important to the plot.

What was weird to me is that at the end of the article, one of the last paragraphs they mention how R* is adjusting the minor tweaks and the game is two weeks away. So is this confirmation that the game isn't golden yet?

I think this means that last week, or two weeks ago, depending on how long it takes OXM to publish & ship, the reviewer was not playing a final build of the game. It doesn't necessarily mean that the game isn't finished, but it does pretty much shatter the popular misconception that the PS3 was the main reason the game was delayed.
