NOT PIGEONS those are a completely different challenge the pigeons are 'shoot two the two hundred pigeons in the game.' not the hidden packages, as there are only a few of those. if the hidden package is an animal, it would be neat if it moved around. So, despite the "almost official" confirmation we've had about the pigeons being a challenge of some sort, you decide that shooting stray cats and dogs is a more probable candidate for package collecting. I reserve judgement on wether the hideen pacakges are the pigeons or not, but I honestly doubt the packages are the pigeons since OXM revealed you could shoot the pigeons and that was a stat and then later said they wouldn't reveal to you what the hidden package is. it makes me think it's something different, aye?
