I don't think GTAIV should have anything like that... Mostly because it's more intricate world I think... And I'm sure there would be a lot of people who get peeved and end up like "WTF, I can't beat the game because I keep getting killed by some random freaking bullet!" They randomly hit trees or mountainsides because of a processing problem. the curiosity was killing me... i honestly know this is kind of a lame topic, but in gta3 SA we didn't know a plane could randomly blow you up until you heard the buzzing and go WTF!!! that effect went off twice in a row for me ran from one made it out then another came and BOOM gameover. Seeing as this isn't a thing the developers did, I don't see any chance of it being in the game. Stupid random events could ruin the game at important times. Your trying to go for a record or your on the last mission. Boom headshot, you're dead, now you have to restart whatever you're doing. I just Don't see it happening. gibbs1189 Posted April 14, 2008 Share Posted April 14, 2008 I think having certain instances where we see peds shooting it out with the police or someone stealing a car, things like that would be cool, however, randomly killing Niko as we're taking a leisurly stroll through middle park (or what ever) would be very annoying and would do nothing to add to the game.
